Social / Recreational Grants
Down syndrome Association of the Hudson Valley is pleased to offer grants to assist with the cost of social / recreational programs for qualified applicants.
To qualify, the individual must be diagnosed with Down syndrome and reside in the Hudson Valley.
Applicants should attach a copy of the program information to their request for funding.
If you have already paid for the program, please attach proof of payment. Otherwise the payment will be made directly to the program.
Applications will be reviewed on a monthly basis and the maximum annual award will be $ 500.00. (Five Hundred)
